Charitable Donations

As a registered 501(c)3 non-profit organization, Chaparral Wrestling Club relies on charitable donations (both private and corporate) to help fund the program and meet everyday expenses. All donations are 100% tax-deductible. We accept direct donations via cash, check, credit, or debit card.

We currently have over 150 club members ranging from Pre-K to seniors in high school. One of the challenges our club and wrestlers face off the mat is the ever-increasing expense of competition. The monthly dues we charge cover the cost to pay for facility rental and day-to-day operations and expenses. Still, it leaves little to no funds left over to help offset travel, competition fees, and capital expenditures.

Many of our high school club and elite youth wrestlers travel 15-20 times per year. In 2020, our wrestlers traveled to Oklahoma, Nevada, Iowa, Wisconsin, North Dakota, South Dakota, Utah, Arizona, New Mexico, California, North Carolina, Kansas, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Nebraska, and Washington.

As you can imagine, the cost to train, compete, and travel at such a high level is not cheap, and every year our wrestlers and their families struggle to come up with the funds necessary to chase their dreams. This places on our families to help manage competition costs and the burden we place on our families; we solicit charitable donations, corporate sponsorships, and fundraising activities to help generate the funds needed to run our club year-round.

Thank you for your continued support, and Go Wolverines!!!
